This Privacy Policy explains how Curator Technologies LLC, doing business as Sleepytales ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the Sleepytales service ("the Service"), including the Sleepytales website (sleepytales.ai, sleepytale.com, and any subdomains thereof), the Sleepytales mobile application for iOS or any other platform, and all associated features including the Cleo the Cloud AI voice companion, AI-generated stories, lullabies, musicals, voice narration, and any other AI-powered feature.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Sleepytales Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

We collect a limited amount of information in order to provide, improve, and personalize the Service. The categories of information we collect are described below.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. This is the only information required to create an account. You may optionally provide your name or your child's name to personalize your experience, but this is not required.

2.2 Conversational and Interaction Data

When you or a child under your supervision interact with the Service — including conversations with Cleo the Cloud, story creation prompts, character preferences, lullaby requests, and other inputs — we collect the content of those interactions. This includes:

• Text prompts, story preferences, and character details you provide during story or lullaby creation;
• Voice inputs and transcriptions from conversations with Cleo the Cloud;
• Names, interests, preferences, and other personal details voluntarily shared during conversations with Cleo the Cloud or while using other features of the Service;
• Interaction history, including which stories, lullabies, or features have been used.

This conversational data is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including generating more personalized stories, lullabies, and interactions. We do not sell this data. We do not use this data for advertising.

2.3 Payment Information

We use third-party payment processors, including Stripe and the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, to handle payment transactions. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. Your payment information is collected, processed, and stored by these third-party processors and is governed by their respective privacy policies.
