1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Sleepytales (the "Service") through any means, including but not limited to the Sleepytales website (sleepytales.ai, sleepytale.com, and any subdomains thereof), the Sleepytales mobile application for iOS or any other platform, or any associated API, widget, or integration, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). The Service is owned and operated by Curator Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor child, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of said child and that you accept these Terms on their behalf. You assume all responsibility for the minor's use of the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Service provides users with AI-generated content and AI-powered interactive features, including but not limited to:

• AI-Generated Stories: Personalized bedtime stories and other narrative content generated by artificial intelligence for children and adults.
• AI-Generated Lullabies: Original lullabies, songs, and musical compositions created by AI, including vocals and instrumental arrangements synthesized through machine learning models.
• AI-Generated Musicals and Performances: Musical and theatrical content, scripts, scores, and associated audio generated by AI.
• AI Voice Companion ("Cleo the Cloud"): An AI-powered voice chatbot character that interacts with users conversationally, provides story recommendations, sings lullabies, and engages in real-time voice dialogue.
• AI-Generated Voice Narration: Text-to-speech narration of stories and other content using AI-synthesized voices.
• Physical Books: Optional print-on-demand physical books containing AI-generated content ordered through the Service.
• Any Other AI-Generated Content: Any and all other content, features, tools, interactions, recommendations, images, audio, video, animations, or outputs generated, created, synthesized, or facilitated by the Service, whether now existing or hereafter developed.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All content produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is not created, reviewed, verified, endorsed, or guaranteed by any human.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
